These terms govern purchases through the online shop of Aceites Gil Luna S.L. Before ordering, check that the company and product details are correct.

2. Products and prices
The products offered are extra virgin olive oil and related items. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment.
3. Order and payment
The contract is concluded when we confirm payment. Payment is processed by Mollie; we do not store card details. We may refuse orders with incorrect data or suspected fraud.
4. Delivery
Stated times are estimates. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you and offer a replacement or refund.
5. Withdrawal and guarantees
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw, subject to legal exceptions (for example opened sealed products). Statutory conformity guarantees apply.
6. Applicable law
Spanish and EU consumer law applies. Full dispute-resolution and customer-service details must be confirmed before launch.
