Returns and withdrawal
We want you to buy with confidence. As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal.
1. Period
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to notify us of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions.
2. Exceptions
We cannot accept returns of sealed products that have been opened for hygiene or safety reasons, or personalised products, except where faulty.
3. How to return
Write to us via the contact page with your order number. We will give you the return address and instructions. The product must be returned in good condition and in its packaging.
4. Refund
Once the return is received and checked, we refund via the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Return shipping costs are pending confirmation.
