Which countries do you ship to?+
We ship to Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the other EU countries listed at checkout. If your country is missing, write to us.
How long does my order take?+
Preparation, transit and coverage times await confirmation. This test shop does not publish a committed delivery time.
Do prices include VAT?+
Yes. All retail prices include VAT. The applicable rate must be confirmed by Gil Luna's tax adviser before real sales begin.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
The checkout is ready for Mollie. This test version runs a simulated payment; real cards and methods will only be enabled with Gil Luna's Mollie account and explicit approval.
Can I return an order?+
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw, except for opened sealed products. See the returns page.
How should I store the oil?+
In a cool, dark place, tightly closed, away from heat and direct light. Extra virgin olive oil is best enjoyed in the months after opening.
Is the laboratory data final?+
We only publish values Gil Luna has confirmed with an analysis. Where a value is unconfirmed, the product page says so explicitly.
Can I buy complete boxes?+
The source catalog includes boxes containing multiple units. One product has a title/category conflict, so its sale unit is shown as pending. Availability, weights and commercial terms are also unconfirmed.
